We stand 100% behind our Risk-free Guarantee! However, we are so certain that you will feel so positive in what we deliver that you will not even need the guarantee. But hey, it’s there and available just in case you need it.

For clarity and the avoidance of doubt, here is the guarantee again:

If, after three months, you are unsatisfied with Wahying  for any reason, we will refund your purchase price by 100%!

 

Let’s make that as clear as we can. For every dollar you have paid us our your Wahying    membership, we will refund $1.00.

 

Risk-free Guarantee plain-language conditions

Like all things in life, there are inevitably a few conditions to avoid unscrupulous people from gaming the system.

We have kept these conditions simple and brief, and like all communications we make, have written them in plain language so as to be as transparent and open as we can.

The conditions are as follows:

  • If you are unsatisfied with Wahying  after three months of purchasing a Wahying   membership; AND
  • You can show evidence of following the steps of the Wahying   system, in whole or in part, as we state on our website and in any communication in any form we may make to you, for the duration of your those three months ; AND
  • You return to Wahying any physical or intellectual property we may have provided to you ; AND
  • You make declaration that you have done this but are still not satisfied with Wahying; THEN
  • You may make a claim under our Risk-free Guarantee in the proscribed way, as outlined below.

 

Refund process for Risk-free Guarantee

Applications to activate our Risk-free Guarantee must:

  • In all cases be in writing to our Accounts email address, as specified on our site.
  • Include your name, original invoice and membership number and attach evidence of following our advice as outlined on this page.
  • Only one such claim may be made per any individual or entity.
